摘要根據八寶山黃莊高麗營斷裂第四紀地質構造活動特徵和利用首都圈地區跨斷層位移最新的觀測資料求得的北京地區區域主壓應力方向和區域構造活動特徵，分析了八寶山黃莊高麗營斷裂上7處跨斷層位移測點的斷層活動與地震活動的關系，得出了首都圈及鄰近地區即將進入下一個地震活躍期的結論。
