針對基於顏色的靜態圖像檢索，本文設計了一個三層的多媒體圖像數據庫，選用基於相關聚合直方圖的演算法，採用符合人類視覺特徵的hsb顏色空間來表示圖像的顏色特徵，利用人對顏色的感知來對顏色分量進行非等間隔的量化並形成特徵矢量，用距離度量函數進行圖像的相似性匹配。
