    第三十七條偽造、倒賣、轉讓特許獵捅證，狩獵證、馴養繁殖許可證或者允許進出口證明書的，由野生動物行政主管部門或者工商行政管理部門吊銷證件，沒收違法所得，可以並處罰款。
