第五十九條民用機場新建、擴建的公告發布前，在依法劃定的民用機場范圍內和按照國家規定劃定的機場凈空保護區域內存在的可能影響飛行安全的建築物、構築物、樹木、燈光和其他障礙物體，應當在規定的期限內清除；對由此造成的損失，應當給予補償或者依法採取其他補救措施。
