本研究以蘇州工業園區為個案，以企業白領為研究的視角，運用問卷調查和訪談相結合的方法，對企業白領群體的形成以及企業白領的地位獲得進行了分析；具體分析了企業白領的流動情況，包括企業白領尋找流動機會的途徑、流動的原因、流動的結果、流動過程中存在的障礙和問題等；同時探討了企業白領的流動模式與企業白領分化的趨勢。 -
