採用hslc置換梁體中的普通混凝土，並運用預應力混凝土理論，依據《公路鋼筋混凝土及預應力混凝土橋涵設計規范》 （ jtj023 - 85 ） ， 《公路鋼筋混凝土及預應力混凝土橋涵設計規范》 （徵求意見稿）和與之配套編制的《輕骨料混凝土橋梁技術規程》 （徵求意見稿）的有關規定，對上述普通混凝土梁進行了重新設計並與既有梁進行了對比分析，得出了設計梁與既有梁在混凝土及預應力筋用量、跨度、梁高以及剛度等方面的變化情況，得到了定量結果。
