在市場經濟條件下，我國農業科研機構開展農業科技成果轉化工作存在諸多不適應的問題，本文結合本人工作並通過查閱文獻，利用問卷和訪談的方式開展調研，對調研結果進行推斷分析和綜合評價分析，發現目前我國農業科技成果轉化中存在農業科技成果轉化率低，農業科技成果轉化中投資主體單一，缺乏風險決策投資機制，農業科技成果在轉化中價值體現較低，科技成果轉化速度緩慢、轉化效益低，農業科技成果轉化渠道不暢等問題，通過對這些存在的問題，從供需雙方以及從主觀與客觀角度進行分析，查找原因，發現其中主要原因為：受現有科研體制影響，轉化機制不夠靈活，科技成果的產業化程度較低。
