並在此基礎上提出了我國企業國際化存在的問題。針對我國加入wto后，國際經濟環境對我國企業的影響和挑戰，筆者認為企業國際化是我國加入wto后大型企業的必然選擇：一是國內競爭日趨激烈；二是加入wto后企業國際化，有利於突破各種貿易壁壘，保護國外出口市場；再者， wto框架內區域一體化經濟組織也使國際化發展成為企業克服貿易轉移效益的重要手段。
