本文通過對人身保險利益同意原則的系統研究，筆者主張，人身保險得適用保險利益原則，人身保險利益得適用同意原則;通過對我國人身保險利益同意原則的適用現狀分析，結合現行保險法關於人身保險利益同意原則的立法現狀，本文認為，現行保險法中關於人身保險利益同意原則的相關立法不盡完善，立法宗旨沒有得以彰顯，需進一步完善，以貫徹人身保險利益同意原則，發揮人身保險利益同意原則的法律作用。 -
