本文首先採用fao最新推薦的penman - monteith方法計算灌區的參照騰發量et _ 0 ，用kcisa按照fao的計算方法推求十種作物的作物系數k _ c ；由此基礎上計算出作物需水量et _ c ，根據結果分析了不同作物的需水規律；同時用作物缺水量nir （凈灌溉需水量）進行頻率計算，求出了灌區的四個代表年，並分析了代表年年內自然水分狀況和作物缺水規律。 -
