  1. Iwe completely understand the legal effect of and also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set at this form and applicable to the loan if this application is successful. iwe agree and undertake to provide such further information as the bank of east asia may request in connection with this application

    銀行有絕對權力酌情修訂貸款利率，並具絕對權利隨時向借貸人要求償還全部貸款、利息及貸款計劃中所涉及之一切費用。如本人（等）未能依期繳交任何一期還款，銀行有權要求立即清還全部所欠之貸款及利息。
  3. Iwe hereby agree to submit any documents information required by the bank for this application

    本人（等）茲同意呈交貴行一切有關申請此貸款所需之文件及資料。
  4. Iwe acknowledge that the use of the card ( s ) is subject to the the bank of east asia affinity credit card cardholder agreement, a copy of which is available upon request or will be sent to meus together with myour card ( s ) on approval of this application

    本人（等）同意此信用咭之使用乃根據東亞銀行聯營信用咭持咭人合約條款，此條款可於有需要時索閱或會於此申請批準后隨咭收到。
  5. Iwe confirm that the information given above is true and complete in every material respect and authorize the bank of east asia, limited to contact any necessary party for verification or further information at any time

    本人（等）以輕按左邊之空格在空格內加上號，證實以上各項資料均屬詳實，並授權貴銀行可向任何方面查證或索取更多資料。
  6. The bank may take such action as the bank in its absolute discretion thinks fit to enforce these terms and conditions and iwe shall be liable to indemnify the bank in full for all costs and expenses incurred by the bank in respect of any such enforcement action including all legal charges and expenses

    銀行有權採取任何銀行認為適當之行動以實施上述條款，而由此行動所引致的一切費用，包括法律訴訟費用在內，本人（等）需個人或共同負責賠償予銀行。

    本人（等）用以每月供款之還款賬戶，必須于供款期到期前存有足夠之款項以供還款扣數之用。
  10. Iwe understand and agree that the bank reserves the right to decline this application without disclosing any reason and further agree that this application may remain the bank s property whether the credit is granted or not

    假若此申請不獲批核，本人（等）將同意貴公司之決定，亦不得追究理由。本人（等）亦同意貴公司保留此申請表及一切有關文件之影印本。
  11. Iwe acknowledge that the bank shall have the right at its absolute discretion to allocate a higher proportion of any one or more of myour monthly repayments to interest rather than to the principal then due in respect of the loan and to debit myour currentsavings account with the amount of each monthly repayment commencing one month after the loan has been made to meus

    本人（等）同意銀行有權將每月還款額自行分配為貸款及利息，並有權將利息分配至隨本金遞減，並於貸款發給本人（等）一個月後，從本人（等）之來往儲蓄賬戶中扣除每月應償還之款項。
  12. The bank may at any time, without notice to meus, combine or consolidate the amount of the loan andor interest accrued thereon with any other accounts which iwe maintain with the bank ( including fixed deposit accounts, the maturity of which may for this purpose be accelerated by the bank ) and set off or transfer any money standing to the credit of myour other accounts in or towards satisfaction of myour liability to the bank under the plan

    銀行可毋須通知本人（等）而將任何尚欠之貸款及利息與本人（等）在銀行開設之任何賬戶合併（包括定期存款，銀行可因此而提前該存款之到期日）及將本人（等）其他賬戶內所存之任何款項用抵銷或轉賬方式，以償還本人（等）上述貸款所欠之債務。
