本文選擇長春市寬城區奮進鄉為典型區，以rs和gis為技術平臺，利用1990 - 2002年的土地利用系列統計資料、遙感影像解譯數據以及實際調查數據，採用arc方法和統計分析等方法對城市化進程中城市近郊的土地利用結構變化進行分析，獲得了土地利用變化的速度、幅度、趨勢及轉移矩陣;同時將同一時段奮進鄉的經濟、社會、生態效益的變化與土地利用變化進行對比分析，結果表明:農用地面積逐年減少，建設用地面積逐漸增多，社會經濟效益明顯提高，但土地的生態效益卻有所下降。
