本文以經濟法、民法、行政法等部門法中社會本位理念的研討為中心，輔之以可持續發展、經濟全球化等諸多熱點問題中法的社會本位理念的考察，結合實際，試圖探尋出一些具有普遍意義的規律，從而藉以指導我國的社會主義法治實踐，並為經濟法、民法、行政法等部門法的良性互動提供理論支持。
