針對國內外材料試驗機主要採用電液伺服控制系統，存在能耗大、溫升、成本高、維護困難等問題，本課題提出了基於可拓控制策略的材料試驗機電比例負載適應控制系統這一新型研究方案，通過開發新型試驗機主機系統、液壓缸系統、數字式微小流量電液比例流量閥及電控系統，實現了材料試驗機電液比例負載適應控制，為我國材料試驗機自動控制系統的產業化打下了基礎。
