    本文運用非線性有限元法對冷成型單角鋼的穩定性能進行了研究，分析了寬厚比對冷成型單角鋼軸壓桿穩定性能的影響，給出了等邊冷彎角鋼發生彎曲屈曲和彎扭屈曲的判斷條件，根據ansys有限元的計算結果擬合出了冷成型單角鋼軸壓桿在發生彎曲屈曲以及在發生彎扭屈曲時的穩定系數公式，在此基礎上得出了冷成型單角鋼軸壓桿在所有長細比情況下的穩定系數公式。
