本研究用改良后的親和層析法分離純化mr ， lowry法測定其蛋白質濃度，在精子穿透試驗（ spermpenetrationassay ， spa ）模型中定量研究其對精卵融合能力的影響並檢測其細胞生物學活性；以已知濃度的pmr （ purifiedmannose - ligandreceptor ）干預精子半透明帶試驗，觀察用pmr預處理半透明帶對精子與透明帶結合的影響。
