嗣於六十五年十月成立中正紀念堂籌建指導委員會，敦請張群何應欽陳立夫倪文亞王雲五于斌錢思亮黃少穀穀正綱黃傑林伯壽吳經熊連震東陳啟天徐慶鐘張寶樹謝東閔孫亞夫劉闊才戴炎輝劉季洪周百練蔡鴻文林挺生林洋港等二十五位先生為指導委員，指導建堂工作，俾臻完善。
