摘要結合我國自主開發的「奧威」發動機在設計工作中的理論分析與實踐，就低排放中重型商用車柴油機在開發工作中為滿足高性能、低排放的要求及在高燃燒爆發壓力和高熱負荷下正常可靠地工作，對發動機的關鍵零部件，尤其是缸蓋與缸體的設計概念進行了分析。 -

但在拍門運行使用的同時，又時常暴露出一些缺陷，主要有：一是常規的鑄鐵或鑄鋼拍門加大了流道的水頭損失，特別是對于裝機容量較大的排澇泵站，其電能損耗相當可觀；二是拍門在自重下下落關閉時，往往由於過多考慮水頭損失導致浮重過小而延誤閉門時間，致使水體倒灌，再因緩沖裝置失靈導致閉門時門體對門框撞擊力很大，嚴重危及站身安全。
