秋浦河鱖魚是我省選育中的一個地方品種，具有生長快、抗逆性強等優良特性，已形成一定的繁殖與養殖規模，並成為我省池州市重點推廣的名牌產品；但對其遺傳基礎的研究尚屬空白，本試驗對秋浦河鱖魚、長江鱖魚和萬佛湖鱖魚進行同工酶和rapd分析，以便為秋浦河鱖魚的選育與推廣提供基礎資料。
