摘要通過對今年2月4日2月16日文成、泰順發生的珊溪水庫一系列地震中受災的民房破壞調查（現場勘察地震給震中附近的建築造成的破壞） ，筆者指出這次系列地震震害較重的主要原因是：近年農村新建的磚混結構沒有按《建築抗震設計規范》建設，主要有三個方面：其一，墻體違反規范施工；其二，結構設計不合理；其三，地基基礎選址不恰當。
