華東師范大學2003屆博卜學位論文為此，本研究在弄清中華絨鰲蟹自然條件下卵巢發育過程中肝胰腺和卵巢的蛋白質含量及其氨基酸組成的基礎上，探討了餌料蛋白質水平對其卵巢發育過程中肝胰腺和卵巢的蛋白質含量及氨基酸組成的影響;在制備中華絨鰲蟹成熟卵巢卵黃磷蛋白抗體的前提下，研究了蛋白質營養對成熟期卵巢卵黃磷蛋白合成的影響:並對仔蟹期的部分必需氨基酸適宜需要量，蛋白質和維生素b6的相互作用進行了研究。
