In this study, genetic diversity of various strains of spirulina platensis is analyzed with rapd molecular marker and antibiotics marker, the results are compared with their morphologic characters, aimed at constructing a more reasonable classification criterion and knowing more about the genetic background of spirulina. additionally, it is found that under the cultivated condition the linear filament can retransite to the normal curved one which is similar to original spiral filament
本論文利用rapd分子標記及抗生素抗性標記分析了不同鈍頂螺旋藻品系的遺傳多態性，並與其形態學特徵進行了比較，以期建立更合理的螺旋藻分類方法及加深對螺旋藻遺傳背景的了解；同時，發現在養殖環境下變直藻絲體可以回變為正常螺旋形態的現象。 -
