    為了進一步探討人精於mr在精卵融合中的作用，本文採用改良后的甘露糖-瓊脂糖凝膠親和層析法分離純化人精子mr ，並將提純的人精子甘露糖受體（ purifiedmannosereceptor ， pmr ）作用於去透明帶的金黃地鼠卵母細胞，運用透射電子顯微鏡技術和羅丹明偶聯的兵豆凝集素（ tritc - lca ）免疫熒光標記技術觀察pmr對卵子的影響。
