Research works have been done on not only the methods of msa including metrological properties and reliability analysis, but a lso the theory and evaluation method of dynamic uncertainty based on the analysis of the current theories of msa, reliability analysis and uncertainty analysis. some innovative ideas and achievements are presented. deficiencies have been found in the applicability and error analysis of current mas method on the metrological property analysis, and current method of reliability analysis is also found hard to performance, which makes the performance of reliability evaluation of measurement system stay on formalization
本文從現行的測量系統量值分析、可靠性分析及不確定度分析的的理論出發，對測量系統的分析方法進行了系統的、全面的探索和研究，並對動態不確定度的理論及其評價方法進行了探索，完成和取得了如下主要工作及創新性成果：通過對測量系統現行的量值分析方法及可靠性分析方法的分析，發現測量系統現行的量值分析方法在適用范圍及對系統誤差的分析上存在局限，而現行的可靠性分析方法也難于操作和實施，使得測量系統的可靠性評價實際上流於形式。 -
