針對熱工過程的特點，研究了單迴路控制系統、串級控制系統、前饋-反饋控制系統和2 2多變量控制系統的pid參數整定方法，並在此基礎上提出了以上述各系統的pid參數整定值作為初始參數值，採用單純形演算法對pid參數進行尋優的pid參數優化整定方案，並開發了相應的pid參數優化整定軟體。
