論文在大量文獻閱讀的基礎上，藉助相關理論對產業集群競爭優勢對群內企業構建優勢產生的正面和負面影響，及企業行為對集群優勢形成產生的或正或負的影響做出了系統分析。並據此構建了二者相互作用的獎勵模型，藉助模型分析了集群對企業行為提出的要求，並進一步解釋了企業參與優勢共建的動因所在，同時解釋了集群的「免疫」和「自增強」機製作用的機理。 -
