本文以遼寧省農業基礎設施發展的相關情況為例，通過對相關概念的理論分析，系統地闡釋了農業基礎設施投資的作用、基本的經濟特徵和來源等，並進一步探討了我國不同技術經濟特徵農業基礎設施的投融資模式。推進投資主體的多元化是解決我國農業基礎設施投融資問題的重要措施，但是我國農業基礎設施子系統內部不同技術經濟特徵的農業基礎設施，需要採取不同的投融資模式。
