本項目擬開展以下研究工作： （ 1 ）中國人2型糖尿病發生過程中遺傳因素的發現及其作用機制； （ 2 ）細胞應激在中國人2型糖尿病發生過程中的作用機制及其營養干預的代謝組學； （ 3 ）代謝性核受體在胰島素抵抗和2型糖尿病發病中的作用機制； （ 4 ）細胞信號轉導分子、脂代謝紊亂與胰島素抵抗的關系； （ 5 ） 2型糖尿病發展過程與血管病變； （ 6 ）胰島素分泌異常、細胞凋亡與2型糖尿病； （ 7 ） 2型糖尿病發生過程中的分子網路與作用機制。
