僱主只須聘用年滿40歲並已於勞工處登記的求職人士擔任全職長工，並向本處提出初步申請，為該新入職員工提供三個月的在職培訓，令他們掌握工作所需的技術。 -
Employers engaging eligible job seekers ( i. e. aged 40 or above and have registered with the labour department ) in full time permanent jobs, may apply for the provision of a 3 - month ojt to the job seekers to equip them with necessary job specific skills

Once they are engaged by the employers with full time permanent jobs, if the employers are willing to offer them with on - the - job training ( ojt ) recognized under the programme during the first 3 months of the employment, employers may apply for a training allowance
求職人士無需辦理任何登記手續，只需如常使用本處的就業服務。當求職人士找到全職長工時，僱主假如為他們提供經本處認可的在職培訓，便可申請培訓津貼。
