No person shall for the purpose of any food business use, or cause, suffer or permit to be used, any yard, alley, street, open space, roof top or open deck space for the preparation or storage of open food or for the washing, cleansing or storage of any equipment or utensil used in the preparation or service of food

    露天存放承租人的貨物（不包括存放碎石、作廢料場、進行廢物循環再造、存放禽畜、領有或未領有牌照的汽車、貨櫃、廢車以及《危險品條例》 （第295章）第2條或任何予以相關修訂或取代的法例所界定的危險品） ；或
