轉交工程之契約報備于定作人且受轉交之專業營造業已申請記載于工程承攬手冊，並經綜合營造業就轉交部分設定權利質權予受轉交專業營造業者，民法第五百十三條之抵押權及第八百十六條因添附而生之請求權，及於綜合營造業對于定作人之價金或報酬請求權。
