In the thesis, first of all, it takes a review of the concepts and theories describing the mechanism of organic electro - luminescence, as well as introduces some research about the driving circuit for oled and the advantage of oled comparing to other flat panel display devices. after that, a method which can realize the whole system is presented, including targets in technology. using fpga as design core can realize the system, as well as, the software plant and hardware plant will be discussed later
