    路面冷再生技術就是將舊瀝青路面材料（包括瀝青面層和部分基層材料） ，經過杴刨加工進行重復利用，並根據再生后結構層的結構特徵，適當加入部分新骨料或細集料，按比例加入一定量的外加劑和適量的水，在自然環境下連續完成材料的一系列加工工藝，重新形成結構層的一種工藝方法。
