本試驗以抗（洛夫林10 ） 、感（ 5389 ）不同的兩小麥（ triticumaestivuml . ）品種為材料，採用酶解法制備小麥葉肉原生質體，利用間接免疫熒光方法結合激光共聚焦掃描顯微技術對小麥葉肉細胞原生質體的微管骨架進行了清晰的標記，並探索了微管骨架標記的影響因素。
