成礦地質事件評價方法，就是在恢復礦床形成過程並建立成礦模式的基礎上，通過對礦源巖系的構造變形巖相形跡追索來恢復與成礦有重要意義的地質事件及其演化過程，研究在這一系列地質事件中成礦物質的分佈規律和逐步富集成礦的標志及程度，並用以進一步探索、指導區域資源潛力評價和填圖找礦的方法。
