結果表明：所研製的無糖組培微環境co _ 2增施監控系統工作正常、穩定、可靠，能有效地將組培箱內的co _ 2濃度及其相對濕度控制在設定范圍內；用箱外循環法對箱內氣體凈化處理后，改善了組培箱內的氣體環境，有利於組培苗的生長發育； co _ 2富集環境中，組培苗生長健壯、發育良好，生根率顯著提高，根系發達。本實驗條件下，處理組菊花組培苗的新增葉片數是對照組的1 . 85倍；處理組的根總長是對照組的10 . 6倍；處理組根數是對照組的6 . 67倍。
