本課題以mr10000的羊胎盤免疫調節因子gpif （ goatplancentaimmunoregulatoryfactor ， gpif ）為免疫生物活性評價樣品材料，對gpif免疫生物活性進行了評價方法的比較篩選、免疫生物活性評價方法的優化，並在此基礎上對gpif進行了免疫生物活性評價，確立了gpif免疫生物活性劑量效應曲線，探討了不同工藝方法及處理因素對gpif免疫生物活性的影響，與同類藥品免疫生物活性進行了對比。 -
