本文首先通過對大量的資料和數據分析，歸納了江蘇省資源、環境面臨的主要問題:土地、水資源人均佔有量持續遞減，礦產、能源資源總量少、自給率低，且各種資源存在利用效率不高、浪費嚴重等諸多問題;廢水、廢氣及污染物排放量大，地表水、海水水質堪憂，空氣質量差，酸雨污染較重。 -
