利用輸出的位溫、位勢渦度場，對沙塵暴天氣進行熱動力條件分析，發現本次沙塵暴天氣發生在大氣層結穩定狀態下，位溫大值區及位溫梯度與地面暖低壓的強弱和移動有著很好的對應關系，位渦的水平分佈特徵和強弱變化對沙塵暴的出現時間和落區有一定的指示意義。
