本文通過對國內外財務失敗預警模型研究領域經典文獻的回顧，在對已有研究成果進行總結和評價的基礎上，筆者選取了我國上市公司中18家財務失敗的公司和18家財務正常的公司為樣本，應用剖面分析和單變量判定分析法，研究了公司財務失敗出現前3年內各年這兩類公司20個財務指標的差異，並從中選定若干指標作為預測變量，應用多元統計方法構建預測財務失敗的多變量模型。
