筆者認為：在合夥債務的清償責任、合夥財產和合伙人個人財產清償債務的順序兩個問題上，我國現行立法分別採用無限連帶主義和補充連帶主義十分合理；在清償合夥債務與合伙人個人債務的先後順序問題上，我國現行立法並未規定，未來立法應當採用雙重優先權原則；在合伙人內部債務承擔比例問題上，應當堅持以合伙人約定為主，以法定比例為補充的原則，有約定的，從約定；未約定的，從出資比例。 -
