從中隨機選擇一些差異蛋白質點，進行基質輔助激光解吸-電離飛行時間質譜（ maldi - tof - ms ）測定其膠內酶解后的肽質指紋圖譜，用mascot軟體查詢swiss - port數據庫，初步鑒定為一些與生長發育、物質代謝、細胞因子、信號轉導等有關的蛋白質，如erp60 、 trypsinogen 、 proelastase 、 lipase等。
