    論文是以對現階段我國（以長三角地區為例）老年大學建築調研分析為基礎的，包括老年大學的發展現狀、當前老年大學的分類特徵、隸屬關系、人員組織、運行狀況及存在問題，同時結合老年人的生理心理和行為活動特徵，著重論述了老年大學在總體設計、功能分區、空間組織、交通流線、戶外環境等方面的內容特點，並歸納出老年大學建築設計原則為： （ 1 ）易於識別原則、 （ 2 ）易於到達原則、 （ 3 ）易於交往原則，歸根結底是「人性化環境」的營造。
