該裝置由橡膠（塑膠）代替金屬保險杠，內置充氣胎，去掉前端大樑與保險杠連接的無效部分，以金屬連杠代替，連杠前端固定於保險杠上，後端連接彈簧，彈簧的後端固定一鋼碗緊貼充氣皮球（兩個） ，后皮球與另一彈簧的前端鋼碗緊貼，另一彈簧的後端再放置一充氣皮球。
