在寄單行指示或者是代收行或者是付款人應代制托收中未曾包括的單據（匯票、本票、信託收據、保證書或其他單據）時，這些單據的格式和詞句應由寄單行提供，否則的話，代收行對由代收行和/或付款人所提供任何該種單據的格式和詞句將不承擔責任或對其負責。
