On the basis of relevant theories and the already - made ethnological researches into the chinese ethnic minorities living overseas, this paper explores the major issues that merit further studies, analyzes ethnic identity and cultural transformation of these ethnic minorities living overseas with donggan people as a case, and further illustrates the inter - filtration and inter - influence of different ethnic cultures
摘要在介紹民族學研究海外華人的有關理論和成果基礎上，探討少數民族海外華人研究所應關注的重點問題，並以東干族為個案，對少數民族海外華人的民族認同、文化變遷等方面進行分析，從另一個角度對中華民族相互交融、彼此影響的文化格局作進一步闡釋。 -
The thesis is totally composed of 8 chapters, and can be logically divided into three parts. part 1 is mainly theories analysis, it includes : ( 1 ) the theoretical researches on the fraudulent behavior by the overseas auditing scholars and professionals. ( 2 ) economics analyzes of fraudulent practices in the chinese capital market ; ( 3 ) the characteristics of the “ creative - accounting ’ behavior in the capital market, namely chapter 1, chapter 2 and chapter 3
論文的主體內容共有8章，從內含邏輯上可以劃分為三大板塊，第一部分屬于「理論分析」 ，包括了: （ 1 ）國外審計界對舞弊行為的理論研究; （ 2 ）中國資本市場舞弊行為的經濟學分析; （ 3 ）資本市場中創造性會計行為的特徵，即1 、 2 、 3章。
