本文基於超細粒聚密材料（ dsp ）和活性粉末混凝土（ rpc ）配製的基本原理，選用硅灰、粉煤灰、石英粉和硅酸鹽水泥，輔以高效減水劑，採用多重復合的技術路線，運用混雜鋼纖維增強理論和微集料填充密實原理，調整材料組成，優化混凝土配合比，結合適宜的養護制度，在現有技術條件下，成功制備出了rpc200材料。
