本研究根據先前分離純化所得天然tb22kda蛋白經maldi - tof - ms （質譜法）測得的氨基酸序列和文獻報道的過敏蛋白核苷酸序列設計引物，擴增克隆了該過敏蛋白結構基因的編碼序列；根據測得的序列設計特異性引物，並利用3 』 - race方法結合巢式pcr擴增得到基因的3 』末端；依據同源性比較的結果選用一段保守序列為5 』引物，並根據結構基因內部序列設計3 』特異性引物，進一步獲得了該基因5 』端的部分序列。
