數值分析的結果表明精餾塔靈敏板位置並不在進料板附近，而是位於精餾段的中上部，且迴流比愈小，愈靠近塔頂;利用matlab實現了蒸餾過程的嚴格計算，與參考值比較，結果正確、合理;藉助于chemcad進行常減壓塔的穩態模擬計算，得出了流量和溫度在塔內的分佈，經過理論分析，結果合理，可為實際生產提供參考。
