建於清嘉慶十一年西元一八六年的碧雲寺位於枕頭山的半山腰，內供奉觀世音菩薩，建物構造大部分保持閩南式及日式混合風格，正殿及山門的剪貼泥塑皆相當有地方色彩。而建於康熙年間的大仙寺距碧雲寺三公里，寺內分為正殿觀音寶殿和三寶殿，則主祀釋迦牟尼。
